Emotional Balance

Learning the Wisdom Skill of Emotional Balance enables you to embrace your emotions as they are, to express them authentically and without hiding, and to make uncomfortable emotions into friends and allies. You'll delve into their core to unveil their true purpose, and you'll master healthy and balanced ways to harness the powerful energy that intense emotions generate for growth, change, or movement.

In practicing Emotional Balance, you'll grok fully that emotions do not control you, which will unleash your own power to create the emotional states that you choose. You'll learn tools to defang automatic emotional reactions, to clear the results of past traumas, and to reduce emotional reactions that are based in projection.

Finally, you'll learn to create positive and balanced emotional habits by approaching every situation from your deepest center and interpreting all that happens with a positive filter.
